Dale started building in the Cowichan region a long time before Stanley Creek existed — custom homes, additions, and the slow accumulation of trades who keep showing up. Sixteen years on, the same trades still show up.
Kyle came in to bring operations forward and lead what's now the largest project Plante has taken on: a planned neighbourhood, built lot by lot. Between them, you get a builder who's been on every site for sixteen years and an operator who's thought about every system that keeps the company running. The same two phones from start to handover.
